ESET PROTECT Hub – Table of Contents

Co-management

Co-management enables collaboration between customers and resellers. The customer can grant their reseller access to the customer's ESET PROTECT Hub account and solutions. This collaboration enables resellers to support customers by managing their ESET environment, licenses and cloud security solutions. The customer or reseller can terminate this arrangement at any time.


Important

Currently, co-management is unavailable due to the ongoing migration and onboarding of resellers to the ESET PROTECT Hub. The feature will be accessible after resellers complete the migration to ESET PROTECT Hub.

The customer cannot request the collaboration. The reseller requests the collaboration and the customer approves it. In co-management, the customer retains control of their ESET PROTECT Hub account and security consoles.

The customer can find the co-management request with the Pending approval status in the Requests section. Navigate to Requests > click the three dots Menu icon next to Request type > Accept. Confirm this action by clicking Accept request.

Verify if you are co-managed

Follow one of the options below to verify if you are co-managed:

Navigate to the Users section. There is a co-management Co-management icon next to a co-managed user.
