Users
In the Users section, you can view and manage all users that have access to your ESET PROTECT Hub.
Use filters at the top of the screen to filter by:
•Status—Click a status icon to filter according to user status.
•Name—Type full username and press Enter.
•Email Address—Type a full email address and press Enter.
•My company—Display users by type of access to My company.
•ESET PROTECT—Display users with Access or No access for ESET PROTECT.
•ESET Cloud Office Security—Display users with Access or No access for ESET Cloud Office Security.
•ESET Secure Authentication—Display users with Access or No access for ESET Secure Authentication.
•2FA Enabled—Display users with Two-Factor authentication enabled.
•Co-manager—Display users that have a co-manager.
To add filtering criteria, click Add Filter and select a filter type from the the drop-down menu or type the search string and press Enter. Active filters are highlighted in blue. See Using ESET PROTECT Hub for more details on managing filter presets and adjusting the main table view.
User actions
Superuser— A special user account with elevated privileges and the highest access level. The Superuser manages cloud instances and the company account.
According to your access rights, select a username to:
•Show details—Display all details of a user.
•Edit—Open a user profile editor.
•Remove—Delete a user permanently.
•Resend invitation—Resend the activation invitation.
