Superuser

A Superuser is a user with the highest level of access rights within ESET PROTECT Hub. A superuser has a complete overview of the company accounts and ESET PROTECT Platform modules, enabling them to manage and oversee all operations within their hierarchy role.

You can identify a superuser in the Users section by the superuser icon next to the username.

Reassign superuser rights

A superuser can delegate their rights to another user by following these steps:

1.Navigate to the Users section.

2.Click the user you want to reassign the rights to.

3.Navigate to the Permissions tab.

4.Click the Edit button at the bottom.

5.Navigate to the Permissions tab.

6.Select the check box next to Reassign superuser rights to this user.

7.Click Save.

8.The window Reassign superuser rights will display. It will prompt you to type the password.

9.Click Authenticate. The superuser rights are now reassigned.
