The My company section allows you to edit your company details, including company information or cloud solutions eligibility.
Company information
See the overview of your account status and company details provided during account creation. Click Edit to change the existing entries or add new ones.
You can edit the following:
•Company name—Name of the company.
•VAT number (Recommended)—Value-added tax number
•CRN number (Recommended)—Customer registration number
•Phone—Company phone number
•Country—Company location
•Region/Province—Company location
•City—Company location
•Street address—Company location
•Zip code—Company zip code
Click Finish to apply the changes.

See the available ESET cloud solutions activated from your user account with the required license.

Co-management
Co-management enables collaboration between customers and resellers. The customer can grant their reseller access to the customer's ESET PROTECT Hub account and solutions. This collaboration enables resellers to support customers by managing their ESET environment, licenses and cloud security solutions. The customer or reseller can terminate this arrangement at any time.
Currently, co-management is unavailable due to the ongoing migration and onboarding of resellers to the ESET PROTECT Hub. The feature will be accessible after resellers complete the migration to ESET PROTECT Hub. |
In the Co-management section, a customer can view their co-management status and the name of the entity responsible for their co-management.
Your reseller issues invoices for ESET products; you cannot find them in ESET PROTECT Hub. Verify your email for the invoice or contact your reseller for assistance. |
