My company
The My company section allows you to manage the security of your company. In this section, you can view and manage your company details, ESET PROTECT Platform modules, and co-management settings.
Only the superuser and users with write access can perform actions in My company. |
Company information
In the Company information section, you can see the overview of your account status and company details provided during account creation. Click Edit to change the existing entries or add new ones.
You can edit the following:
•Company name (required)—Name of the company
•VAT/Tax ID (recommended)—Value Added Tax number
•CRN (recommended)—Company registration number
•Phone—Company phone number
•Country (required)—Company location
•Region/Province—Company location
•City—Company location
•Street address—Company location
•Zip code—Company zip code
Click Finish to apply the changes.
ESET PROTECT Platform modules
In the ESET PROTECT Platform modules section, you can view the availability and status of ESET PROTECT Platform modules.
See the available ESET PROTECT Platform modules activated from your user account with the required subscription:
•ESET PROTECT
•ESET Inspect
•ESET Cloud Office Security
•ESET Secure Authentication
Based on the ESET PROTECT Platform modules status and your permissions, you can perform actions:
•Open—Open an activated module.
•Activate—Activate an inactive module.
•Order subscription—Renew an expired subscription or add a new subscription via Subscriptions to unsuspend a suspended module.
•Add subscription—Add a subscription or manage your existing subscriptions via Subscriptions.
•Help me choose—Access the module's Online Help.
•Remove—Remove an activated module. Only the superuser can remove an activated module.
Generate an access code
This section is available only for the superuser. |
In the Generate an access code section, you can generate access codes to request co-management or a company merge.
The company merge feature is currently not available. |
Click Generate code to get an access code. Sharing this code with your ESET partner will allow them to send you a co-management or company merge request. Refer to the Co-management section for further steps on how to start co-management.
Currently, the co-management feature is available only to the resellers who have completed the migration to ESET PROTECT Hub. See Transition to ESET PROTECT Hub. |
Co-management
In the Co-management section, you can verify your co-management status, the name of the entity responsible for your co-management, or cancel co-management.
Click Withdraw to cancel co-management.
Invoice information
Invoices for your ESET subscriptions are not available in ESET PROTECT Hub. The invoices are sent to the email address linked to your order. Check your email for the invoices.
If you purchased a subscription through a reseller, contact your reseller for assistance. Your reseller is responsible for issuing invoices for ESET subscriptions.
