The My company section allows you to edit your company details, including company information and ESET PROTECT Platform modules eligibility.
Company information
See the overview of your account status and company details provided during account creation. Click Edit to change the existing entries or add new ones.
You can edit the following:
•Company name—Name of the company.
•VAT number (Recommended)—Value-added tax number
•CRN number (Recommended)—Customer registration number
•Phone—Company phone number
•Country—Company location
•Region/Province—Company location
•City—Company location
•Street address—Company location
•Zip code—Company zip code
Click Finish to apply the changes.

See the available ESET PROTECT Platform modules activated from your user account with the required subscription.

Co-management
Co-management facilitates collaboration between customers and resellers. Customers can grant resellers access to their ESET PROTECT Hub accounts and solutions. The collaboration enables resellers to support customers by setting up and managing their ESET environment, subscriptions, and ESET PROTECT Platform modules. Both the customer and the reseller may terminate this arrangement at any time.
Currently, the co-management feature is available only to the resellers who have completed the migration to ESET PROTECT Hub. See Transition to ESET PROTECT Hub. |
In the Co-management section, a customer can view their co-management status and the name of the entity responsible for their co-management.
Your reseller issues invoices for ESET subscriptions; you cannot find them in ESET PROTECT Hub. Verify your email for the invoice or contact your reseller for assistance. |
