Account Types & Special Cases
What if I used both ESET Business Account and ESET MSP Administrator 2 before the transition?
If your accounts were linked through an ESET PROTECT module, they were merged automatically.
If your accounts were not linked through a single ESET PROTECT module, they were transitioned separately.
Use a drop-down menu in ESET PROTECT Hub to switch between the accounts (as a Customer entity – transitioned ESET Business Account company and as an MSP entity – transitioned ESET MSP Administrator entity).
You can find more details about hybrid scenarios in the Knowledgebase article How hybrid ESET Business Account and ESET MSP Administrator 2 scenarios will work in ESET PROTECT Hub.
