Group Actions
Navigate to Computers and select the group you want to manage. Click the gear icon next to the group name. A menu with the following options will be displayed:

Tasks |
Select Client Tasks to be executed on devices in this group: Scan - Run the On Demand Scan task on all clients in the selected group. Update: • Update Modules - Run the Modules Update task (triggers an update manually). • Update ESET products - Run the Software Install task on computers with outdated ESET security products. • Update Operating System - Run the Operating System Update task on computers in the selected group. Mobile - See the Anti-Theft Actions for more details. • Re-enroll - Re-enroll a mobile device. • Find - Request the GPS coordinates of your mobile device. • Lock - Device will be locked when suspicious activity is detected or the device is marked as missing. • Unlock - Device will be unlocked. • Clear the passcode - Remove the passcode from an iOS/iPadOS device. • Siren / Lost Mode sound - Triggers a loud siren remotely, the siren will start even if your device is set to mute. • Factory reset - All data stored in your device will be permanently erased. Run Task - Select one or more Client Tasks and run them on the selected device. New Task - Create a new Client Task. Select a task and configure the throttling (optional) for this task. The task will be queued according to the task settings. Recent tasks - List of recent Client Tasks for all groups and computers. |

Solutions |
Enable ESET Inspect—Click next to a static group and select Solutions > Enable ESET Inspect to activate and enable ESET Inspect on the computer. Enable ESET LiveGuard—Click a computer or the gear icon next to a static group and select Platform modules > Enable ESET LiveGuard to activate and enable the ESET LiveGuard Advanced. Enable Vulnerability & Patch Management—Click next to a static group and select Solutions > Enable Vulnerability & Patch Management to enable Vulnerability & Patch Management on the computer. |
