Remove or transfer a license

Remove a license from the current ESET PROTECT Hub account:

1.Click Licenses, click a specific license.

2.Click the three dots Menu icon and select Remove license. Alternatively, click the Actions button at the bottom and select Remove license.

3.To leave the activated devices intact, do not select the Release all units check box.

4.Click Remove.

Transfer a license to another ESET PROTECT Hub account:

1.Click Licenses > Add license.

2.Type the license key and click Add license.

3.In the Add license dialog box, select Keep to leave the activated devices intact.

4.If you registered the license with a different email address than your ESET PROTECT Hub user account, you will receive a verification link to that email address. Click the link and type your ESET PROTECT Hub login credentials. The verification link is valid for 24 hours.
