Subscriptions
The Subscriptions section displays all business subscriptions added to your ESET PROTECT Hub. A tier
icon next to the subscription code indicates an offering tier. Subscriptions without a tier
icon next to their subscription code are standalone subscriptions. See Subscription details.
Filtering subscriptions
Use filters at the top of the screen to filter by:
•Customer name—Customer's username. Click the customer's username to view customer details.
•Subscription—Full solution name.
•Status—Select a subscription status to display only the subscriptions with a specific status. You can select multiple subscription statuses. Click the selected status again to remove the subscription status filter.
The subscription is valid. |

The subscription is close to expiration, or action is required for you to continue using it. |

The subscription is overused or expired, or action is required for you to continue using it. |

The subscription is approaching overuse. |

The subscription is suspended. |

Waiting for the confirmation of a verification link delivered to the email address of the subscription owner. |
To add filtering criteria, click Add Filter and select a filter type from the the drop-down menu or type the search string and press Enter. Active filters are highlighted in blue. See Using ESET PROTECT Hub for more details on managing filter presets and adjusting the main table view.
Navigating the main table
Click the expand
icon to display all the solutions under a specific subscription. Select a subscription or the three dots
icon next to the Subscription code to view context menu options:
•Show details—Show subscription details.
•Increase subscription capacity—Click Increase subscription capacity to display the name of your reseller. Only your reseller can increase subscription capacity, renew or upgrade your subscription.
•Allocate quantity to sites—Allocate available subscription units to the site. Manage Site allocation through subscription details.
•Show active units—Display the active units.
•Remove subscription—Remove the subscription.
Add or remove a subscription
To add a new subscription, click Add subscription.
To remove a subscription, click the three dots
icon next to the appropriate subscription and click Remove subscription. Only customers with Write access can remove a subscription. Alternatively, select the check box next to the appropriate subscription and click the Actions button > Remove subscription.
Export the Subscriptions table
You can export the table as CSV (only table data) or PDF:
1.Click the gear icon in the main table header.
2.Select Export table as.
3.Click the desired format.
