Licenses
The Licenses section displays all business licenses added to your ESET PROTECT Hub. A tier
icon next to the license ID indicates a tier license. Licenses without a tier
icon next to their license IDs are standalone licenses. See License details.
Filtering licenses
Use filters at the top of the screen to filter by:
•Customer name—Customer's username. Click the customer's username to view customer details.
•Subscription—Full solution name.
•Status—Select a license status to display only the licenses with a specific status. You can select multiple license statuses. Click the selected status again to remove the license status filter.
The license is valid. |

The license is close to expiration, or action is required for you to continue using it. |

The license is overused or expired, or action is required for you to continue using it. |
|
The license is approaching overuse. |
|
The license is suspended. |

Waiting for the confirmation of a verification link delivered to the email address of the license owner. |
To add filtering criteria, click Add Filter and select a filter type from the the drop-down menu or type the search string and press Enter. Active filters are highlighted in blue. See Using ESET PROTECT Hub for more details on managing filter presets and adjusting the main table view.
Navigating the main table
Click the expand
icon to display all the solutions under a specific license. Select a license or the three dots
icon next to the License ID to view context menu options:
•Show details—Show license details.
•Enlarge license—Click Enlarge license to display the name of your reseller. Only your reseller can enlarge, renew or upgrade your license.
•Allocate quantity to sites—Allocate license quantity to the site from the company pool. Manage Site allocation through license details.
•Show active units—Display the active units.
•Remove license—Remove the license.
Add or remove a license
To add a new license, click Add License.
To remove a license, click the three dots
icon next to the appropriate license and click Remove license. Only customers with Write access can remove a license. Alternatively, select the check box next to the appropriate license and click the Actions button > Remove license.
