License details

License details provide essential information about licenses, their status, associated solutions and available actions.

Licenses are categorized as:

•Standalone licenses—Standalone licenses are independent licenses that provide access to a specific product or service, and are not linked to other licenses.

•Tier licenses—Tier licenses are a part of a structured licensing model where multiple licenses are grouped under a parent license. A tier license is indicated by a tier icon.

Click the solution's License ID in a License ID column to view license details. Alternatively, click the three dots icon next to the License ID. License details provide essential information about licenses, their status, associated solutions and available actions. By clicking the License ID, you can access the tabs:

Overview

The Overview tab displays the basic license details. Click the Actions button at the bottom to:

•Show details—Show license details.

•Show solutions—Show the Solutions tab (in tier licenses).

•Renew license—Extend the validity of an expired license.

•Enlarge license—Increase the capacity of a license.

•Show active units—Display active units.

•Synchronize license—Update a license with the latest license details.

•Remove license—Delete a license from the account.

Solutions

The Solutions tab displays a list of solutions, their Status and their Quantity.

Click the three dots icon next to a solution to:

•Show active units—Display active units.

•Show offline license files—Display offline license files.

•Create offline license file—A window will display where you can create an offline license file.

Active units

The Active units tab displays a list of devices with activated ESET solutions that consume some of the purchased unit quantity. You can search your device by Unit name, Solution, Active since, Last active, Managed remotely, Offline and Site. See Active units for more details.

Sites

The Sites tab displays a list of sites associated with the selected license. You can allocate licenses to sites by specifying quantities.

1.Click the expand icon next to the solution, and the site with license quantities will be displayed.

2.Type the desired quantity number. You can allocate the same license quantity to all of your solutions by clicking the Split equally button or set the quantity to 0 for all sites by clicking the Unallocate all quantity button.

3.Click the Save button at the bottom to save changes.
