View, filter and export a list of detected threats on managed devices. Show detection details collected by the plugn for the managed device, refresh system info or perform on-demand scan on the selected managed device.Configuration
Create policy (configuration container) for each supported ESET security application and assign it to the specific client, location or group of managed devices.
Installers
To deploy ESET endpoint security/encryption application to your managed devices, create deployment package. When created, setup automatic deployment to the managed devices or manage blacklist of endpoints to be excluded from automatic deployments. Remove package when needed.
Subscription Management
Synchronize your MSP subscriptions in ESET MSP Administrator/ESET PROTECT Hub with ESET DEM plugin for ConnectWise Automate or add, edit and remove compatible subscriptions manually.
Audit Log
View, filter and export a list of plugin-related events performed on managed devices.Settings
Adjust available ESET DEM plugin for ConnectWise Automate settings related to the logs cleanup, user interface, monitors and agent settings.
