Dashboard

Display high-level information about your ESET DEM plugin for ConnectWise Automate environment.

Devices

View, filter and export a list of managed devices. See the list of available tasks to be sent by the plugin to the selected managed device.

View, filter and export a list of incidents on managed devices. See incident details provided by ESET PROTECT for the managed device (requires that the connection wizard configuration steps have been completed), refresh system information, or perform an on-demand scan on the selected managed device.

Detections

View, filter and export a list of detected threats on managed devices. See detection details collected by the plugin for the managed device, refresh system information, or perform on-demand scan on the selected managed device.

Scans

View, filter, and export a list of scans performed on managed devices. See scan details collected by the plugin for the managed device, refresh system information, or perform on-demand scan on the selected managed device.

Configuration

Create a policy (configuration container) for each supported ESET security application and assign it to the specific client, location or group of managed devices.

Installers

To deploy the ESET endpoint security/encryption application to your managed devices, create a deployment package. When created, set up automatic deployment to the managed devices or manage a blacklist of endpoints to be excluded from automatic deployments. Remove the package when needed.

Subscription Management

Synchronize your MSP subscriptions in ESET MSP Administrator/ESET PROTECT Hub with ESET DEM plugin for ConnectWise Automate (requires that the connection wizard configuration steps have been completed) or add, edit and remove compatible subscriptions manually.

Audit Log

View, filter and export a list of plugin-related events performed on managed devices. See audit log details collected by the plugin for the selected managed device.

Connection Wizard

Establish ESET API Connection between ESET DEM plugin for ConnectWise Automate, ESET MSP Administrator and ESET PROTECT for automatic subscriptions synchronization and availability of some advanced features provided to the plugin by the ESET PROTECT.

Settings

Adjust available ESET DEM plugin for ConnectWise Automate settings related to the logs cleanup, user interface, monitors and agent settings.
