Add a device
Connect your device to ESET HOME to view and manage all features when you activate a device with a valid ESET subscription. In the ESET HOME web portal or mobile app, you can edit Anti-Theft settings (a feature in ESET Security Ultimate, ESET Small Business Security, ESET Internet Security, ESET Smart Security Premium and ESET Mobile Security), add different subscriptions, download protection to your devices or check the product security status.
There are three methods to connect your device:
•I have already installed an ESET product on my device
•Connect your device to ESET HOME by sending a connection request
•Connect your device to ESET HOME using a QR code
We do not support the following characters in a device name:

Add protection for your or your household members' devices
I. Download an ESET product from ESET HOME
If you are unsure which ESET product to use, download the appropriate product directly to your new device from the ESET HOME portal. The downloaded installer provides the most feature-rich ESET product for your subscription.
1.Log in to your ESET HOME account.
2.On the main screen, click Add protection to protect your or your household member.
II. Install your ESET product and connect it to your ESET HOME account
Follow the installation instructions for your ESET product, available according to your purchased subscription:

Verify that your ESET product and version are supported by ESET HOME. |
Connect any device previously associated with your ESET HOME account (protected by an activated product with an eligible subscription added to your account) to restore the protection. In this case, select the device from the list of previously connected devices and open the ESET product to connect it manually:

In order to assign the device to a household member as intended, ESET HOME requires a remote association.
