Optional: Set up licensing
We recommend setting up your customers in ESET MSP Administrator before installing the remote management console (ESET PROTECT). If you have set up your ESET MSP Administrator customers and licenses, you can continue with the installation (on-premises) or deploying the Cloud instance.

Create a new user in ESET MSP Administrator
You can create a user to allow access to your companies in ESET MSP Administrator. If you intend to use ESET PROTECT Cloud, you can set up the new user to access the ESET PROTECT Cloud console.
Create a new customer in ESET MSP Administrator
Create MSP customers so that you can order licenses for them. The customer structure synchronizes with ESET PROTECT.
Order licenses for MSP customers
The licenses you order for customers in ESET MSP Administrator synchronize with ESET PROTECT. You can use these licenses to activate products remotely from the Web Console.
