Create new user

You can only create a user of the same type (for example., MSP user) as user you are logged as. To create a new user to manage your MSP Customers:

1.Navigate to User management in the ESET MSP Administrator 2.

2.Click New User.

3.Type the first and last name in the respective fields.

4.Type an active email address. The user can change this email address later.

5.Select the applicable Country.

6.In the Permissions section, select the applicable user permissions to the company in Access rights, active ESET cloud products (if available), and Integrations. Review the Permissions topic for more information.

7.Click Create User.

The new user receives an invitation email and must finish the account creation process.
