Create new user

You can only create a user of the same type (for example., MSP user) as user you are logged as. To create a new user to manage your MSP Customers:

1.Navigate to User management in the ESET MSP Administrator 2.

2.Click New User.



3.Type the first and last name in the respective fields.

4.Type an active email address. The user can change this email address later.

5.Select the applicable Country.

6.Next to Access Rights, select the applicable user permission option. Review the Permissions topic for more information.



ESET cloud products

If your company has an active a cloud ESET product instance (ESET Cloud Office Security, ESET PROTECT, ESET Inspect), you can set up access to cloud consoles in the Permissions section.



ESET Connect

Integrations. The user can use available public API endpoints via ESET Connect by enabling this option.


Dedicated API user

We recommend creating a dedicated API user in your ESET MSP Administrator 2 to separate your regular account from ESET Connect activities.

7.Click Create User.

The new user receives an invitation email and must finish the account creation process.
