About the ESET PROTECT

Before you start deploying the ESET PROTECT, make sure your client machines are compatible:

Supported Web browsers, ESET security products, and languages

Supported operating systems for client devices

Network prerequisites

Activation procedure

ESET PROTECT is the remote management tool provided by ESET in the Cloud. Users can activate the Cloud instance from the ESET Business Account portal or ESET MSP Administrator portal:

Activate ESET PROTECT from ESET MSP Administrator (recommended for MSPs)

Activate ESET PROTECT from ESET Business Account

ESET Business Account users

If you are an ESET Business Account user, you can also use the MSP features of ESET PROTECT On-Prem, but only if your MSP account uses the same email address that your ESET Business Account uses.

This guide assumes you have such an account, and your MSP structure is imported in the ESET PROTECT.
