One user in many companies

One user in many companies is a user management model in ESET PROTECT Hub, where a single user account can be associated with multiple companies or organizations. Users can reuse a single credential set across multiple company or customer accounts. When your user account is active in at least two different company accounts, you can switch between them.

When you get started with ESET PROTECT Hub, you create your user account via an activation link in your verification email. Your email address is your user identity. Your user identity can be associated with multiple roles.

In this system, each user can hold one role per company while also being able to assume multiple roles across various companies. You can access ESET PROTECT Hub by confirming your original password if you receive an invitation to join another company as a user.
