Managed Customers

In the Managed Customers section, the MSP user can see the list of managed customers:

•Click the customer name to see the customer details—these are static group details because the static groups in ESET PROTECT represent the customers

•Click a number in the table for details about the customer's devices, detections (unresolved) and licenses

You can customize the main table (adjust the visible columns, add or remove columns).

Filtering managed customers

You can filter the managed customers by customer name:

•In Managed Customers—To add filtering criteria, click Add Filter and select item(s) from the list. Type the search string(s) or select the items from the drop-down menu in the filter field(s) and press Enter. Active filters are highlighted in blue. You can also use filter presets

•In other Web Console sections—Dashboard, when scheduling or generating a report
