Managed Customers

The Managed Customers section in the main ESET PROTECT menu is available only to the Managed Service Provider (MSP) users.

In the Managed Customers section, the MSP user can see the list of managed customers:

•Click the customer name to see the customer details—these are static group details because the static groups in ESET PROTECT represent the customers

•Click a number in the table for details about the customer's devices, detections (unresolved) and licenses

You can customize the main table (adjust the visible columns, add or remove columns).

Filtering managed customers

You can filter the managed customers by customer name:

•In Managed Customers—To add filtering criteria, click Add Filter:

1.In some filters, you can select the operator by clicking the operator icon next to the filter name (the available operators depend on the filter type):

Equal or Contains

Not equal or Doesn´t contain

Less

2.Select item(s) from the list. Type the search string(s) or select the items from the drop-down menu in the filter field(s).

3.Press Enter. Active filters are highlighted in blue. You can also use filter presets

•In other Web Console sections—Dashboard, when scheduling or generating a report
