Sample reports

Displays all Sample reports submitted by user.

 

The reports are sorted by:

•Name—Name of the report

•Status—Status of the report

•Type—File type that was submitted

•Created—Date and time when was the report created

•Updated—Date and time when was the report last updated

 

But you can also Add filter to filter the displayed reports with a custom filter parameters:

 

Using the Reports screen:

Click on the options icon next to the report to display the following:

•Show report detail—Display details about the selected report.

•Regenerate report—Regenerate the selected report.

•Download results—Download the report results in PDF or XML.

oAdditional data—You can download all relevant files related to this report.

•Submit to ESET Research Lab—Submit the report of the submitted sample to the ESET Research Lab for analysis.

 

To submit a file sample follow these steps:

1.In the Sample Reports screen, click Submit sample for analysis.

2.Select a File you want to submit

3.Fill in the Hash of the submitted file

4.Select if you want the results of the analysis to be Private or not. Results of the Private report will be accessible only to you and customer's administrators.

5.Click Submit to submit the selected samples for analysis.

6.Once the submitted sample file is analyzed, you can download the results of the analysis from the Sample reports screen.
