Example of managing sites and users of different permissions

Company XYZ has two branch offices—XYZ_1 and XYZ_2—and a central office.

In this example, the company owner uses the EBA portal to import three different licenses. Each license is registered for 10 seats. The owner creates a user account for each branch office director—User 1 and User 2 and the IT administrator—User 3. The owner creates a site for each branch office.

The owner also uses the EBA portal to distribute the seats of two licenses equally between the sites. The third license is not associated with any site.

Each user is given the following permissions:

No access permission regarding Company access

Users with No access permission regarding Company access do not see the License Key, only the Public License ID. No access permission users cannot configure their permissions regarding ESET PROTECT, ESET Inspect and ESET Cloud Office Security.
