ESET Business Account portal

To use the ESET Business Account (EBA) portal, you must first register to create an account.

1.Visit and click Register for free.

2.Type in the required information. Make sure that you use a valid email address (this email address will also be your username) to ensure that you receive the confirmation email. Select the display language in ESET Business Account portal, read the Terms of Use and select I agree to the ESET Terms of Use to confirm that you agree. Click Continue.

3.Type in the company details and click Register.

4.Click the link you receive in the confirmation email (the email may take up to 15 minutes to receive) and verify your information is correct. Type in the password you defined during registration and click Activate. If you do not activate the account, it will be deleted in an hour.


Language of user interface

The Language selected will be used as the display language in the ESET Business Account portal. The display language can be changed in the portal after clicking your name.

After successfully registering for your EBA account, log in to the portal and start adding/importing your licenses.


IP lockout

After 10 failed login attempts to the EBA portal, your IP address will be locked out for 15 minutes.


Password security

The EBA portal will require you to change your password every 90 days after you successfully log in the first time.

ESET Business Account Dashboard

The Dashboard tab provides you with an overview of your license usage, unresolved alerts and the option to perform the following tasks:

Activate or deactivate ESET Cloud Administrator (ECA) access for eligible imported licenses and log in to ECA with a single click

Add users

Import licenses

Upgrade trial license to full license

When you log in for the first time, the Dashboard will appear as shown in the example image below:


Click Add license to import your existing licenses or start a free trial. The dialog pops up again whenever you access the Dashboard, unless you started a free trial or added a license.

If a tile is removed, it cannot be replaced. However, the corresponding action can be executed via a menu option.


Empty Dashboard

The Dashboard may not display any relevant data if the user account has permissions to operate only with a particular branch office (site).

Statistics data display as charts in the Dashboard once there are licenses imported.
