Start Guided Setup

ESET PSA plugin requires an initial configuration to establish the necessary connections and map customers and services to specific PSA contracts, and for the plugin to function correctly.

Click the Start Guided Setup on the Welcome to ESET PSA Plugin window to set up PSA Connection for the first time.

Welcome screen availability

The Welcome to ESET PSA Plugin window is only displayed (after login) if PSA Connection is not detected in ESET PSA plugin.

If you decide not to set up your PSA Connection, click Skip to close the Welcome to ESET PSA Plugin window. A default Dashboard view will appear with the same option to Start Guided Setup.

Follow the step-by-step configuration wizard and fill in all required fields. Click Next to proceed to the next step. Click Back if you need to correct the setting in the previous steps. Click Finish to finalize the guided setup.

Guided Setup versus Connection Setting

Use the Start Guided Setup, available after login on the Welcome to ESET PSA Plugin page, to set up the PSA Connection for the first time. Use the Connection Settings to view and edit already configured settings.
