Map Solutions to Services
Use the Map Solutions to Services view to set up, change or remove your ESET Solutions to PSA Service Maps.

ESET Solution Names This list of ESET Solution names is collected from your EMA2 database, where you create your ESET PSA plugin user. Any ESET Solution Name highlighted with an asterisk * currently has an active license in your EMA2. |

PSA Service Names The PSA Services list is available only after establishing a working PSA Connection. |
Set up ESET Solution to PSA Service Maps
1.Select Connection Settings > Map Solutions to Services.
2.Click Select next to the unmapped ESET Solution Name.
3.Select the check box next to PSA Service Name in the next window.
4.Click Continue.
The ESET Solution is now mapped to the selected PSA Service Name. Use the Billing Adjustments to verify if the mappings are correct.
Change ESET Solution in PSA Service Maps
1.Select Connection Settings > Map Solutions to Services.
2.Click the line with the mapped ESET Solution Name to change.
3.Click Change Service.
4.Select the check box next to the PSA Service Name in the next window.
5.Click Continue.
The ESET Solution is now mapped to the newly selected PSA Service Name.
Remove ESET Solution from PSA Service Maps
1.Select Connection Settings > Map Solutions to Services.
2.Click the line with the mapped ESET Solution Name to remove.
3.Click Remove Map.
The ESET Solution is now listed as unmapped again.
