Map Customers to Contracts
Use the Map Customers to Contracts view to set up, change or remove your ESET Customer to PSA Contract Maps.
ESET Customer Names This ESET Customer list is collected from your EMA2 database, where you create your ESET PSA plugin user. |
PSA Contract Names The PSA Contracts list is available only after establishing a working PSA Connection. |
View details:
•ESET Customer Name—ESET Customer Name
•Adjustment Type—The adjustment type (either By Used Quantity or By Ordered Quantity)
•PSA Contract Name—PSA Contract Name
•PSA Company Name—PSA Company Name
Click the ESET Customer Name filter window and type the customer name to filter the desired customer line entries.
Click Add filter to filter the view, or click each column header to sort according to your needs.
Set up ESET Customer to PSA Contract Maps
1.Select Connection Settings > Map Customers to Contracts.
2.Click Select next to the unmapped ESET Customer Name.
3.Select the check box next to PSA Contract Name in the next window.
4.Select the available Adjustment Type from the drop-down menu.
5.Click Continue.
The ESET Customer is now mapped to the selected PSA Contract.
Change ESET Customer in PSA Contract Maps
1.Select Connection Settings > Map Customers to Contracts.
2.Click the line with the mapped ESET Customer Name to change.
3.Click Change Contract.
4.Select the check box next to the Contract Name in the next window.
5.Select the available Adjustment Type from the drop-down menu.
6.Click Continue.
The ESET Customer is now mapped to the newly selected PSA Contract.
Change Adjustment Type for ESET Customer in PSA Contract Maps
1.Select Connection Settings > Map Customers to Contracts.
2.Click the line with the mapped ESET Customer Name to change.
3.Click Change Adjustment Type and select the available option.
Remove ESET Customer from PSA Contract Maps
1.Select Connection Settings > Map Customers to Contracts.
2.Click the line with the mapped PSA Contract Name to remove.
3.Click Remove Map.
The ESET Customer is now listed as unmapped again.
