Delete the ESET PROTECT Hub account

Deleting your ESET PROTECT Hub account will permanently delete your ESET PROTECT Platform modules. Only a superuser can delete an ESET PROTECT Hub account.

To delete your ESET PROTECT Hub account:

1.Log in to the ESET PROTECT Hub portal.

2.Click Admin settings.

3.Navigate to Account management.

4.Click Remove next to Remove ESET PROTECT Hub Account.

5.Type your ESET PROTECT Hub password in the Remove ESET PROTECT Hub Account window and click Remove account.

Suspended account

When you confirm the deletion, your account will be suspended for 30 days and then permanently removed.

During the 30-day period, you have the option to restore your account or remove it immediately and permanently via the links in the confirmation email sent to your email address.

When removed, all your data, users, and sites will be permanently erased. Any subscriptions associated with your account will remain active until they expire.
