Delete the ESET PROTECT Hub account

Deleting your ESET PROTECT Hub account will permanently delete all related services. Only a superuser can delete an ESET PROTECT Hub account.

To delete your ESET PROTECT Hub account:

1.Log in to the ESET PROTECT Hub portal.

2.Click Admin settings > Delete next to Delete ESET PROTECT Hub.

3.Type your ESET PROTECT Hub password in the Password confirmation field and click Delete account.

Suspended account

After you confirm the deletion of your ESET PROTECT Hub account, you receive an email informing you that your ESET PROTECT Hub account has been suspended and will be deleted in 30 days. The email contains a link to delete the account immediately and irreversibly, and another link to unsuspend the account within a 30-day timeframe.
