MDR Report Archive

The MDR Report Archive contains all ESET MDR reports sent via email. You will receive an email with a link to your report, and you can return to any ESET MDR report generated in the last year.

You can view the ESET MDR reports archive in the Reports > MDR Report Archive tab.

Prerequisites

You can view the Report archive when you have set a Use right in the Permission sets for ESET MDR Reports and:

have activated the ESET PROTECT MDR license and ESET Inspect

your ESET PROTECT MDR license is expired, but you have at least one report scheduled and delivered in the last year

Side panel layout

Click the three-dotsicon_more_verticalicon next to the MDR Report Archive name and adjust the side panel layout using the context menu:

Filter the MDR Report Archive

Click the field to add:

Report type—Select weekly or monthly reports

Period from—Select the filter starting date

Period to—Select the filter closing date

Filters can be saved to your user profile so that you can use them again in the future. Click the icon_filter Presets icon to manage filter sets:

Your saved filters, click one to apply it. The applied filter is denoted with a apply_default check mark. Select Include visible columns, sorting and paging to save these parameters to the preset.

Save your current filter configuration as a new preset. When the preset is saved, you cannot edit the filter configuration in the preset.

manage_filter_sets Manage filter sets

Remove or rename existing presets. Click Save to apply the changes to presets.

clear_filter_values Clear filter values

Click to remove only the current values from the selected filters. Saved presets will remain unchanged.

remove_filters Remove filters

Click to remove the selected filters. Saved presets will remain unchanged.

remove_unused_filters Remove unused filters

Remove filter fields with no value.

restart_default Reset default filters

Reset the filter panel and show the default filters.

Manage the MDR Report Archive

To reorder columns, hover the mouse over the icon_move_drag icon next to the column name and drag-and-drop the column. Refer to Edit columns below.

For sorting by a single column (Creation time/Period from/Period to), click the column header to sort table rows based on data in the selected column.

One or two clicks results in ascending (A–Z, 0–9) or descending (Z–A, 9–0) sorting

After you apply the sorting, a small arrow before column header indicates the sorting behavior

Click the gear gear_icon icon to manage the report archive:

Actions

edit_default Edit columnsUse the wizard to adjust (add_new_defaultadd, delete_defaultremove, icon_apply_later_defaulticon_apply_sooner_defaultreorder) the displayed columns. You can also use drag-and-drop to adjust the columns. Click Reset to reset the table columns to their default state (default available columns in a default order).

icon_fit_width Auto-fit columns—Automatically adjust column width.

icon_sysinspector_logs Display Relative Time/Display Absolute Time—Change the Creation Time data display format; hover a mouse over the Creation Time data to see the relative/absolute time.

MDR Report Archive columns

The MDR Report Archive contains the following columns:

Report Type—The report type (Weekly/Monthly)

Notified Users—The user email address who received the ESET MDR report

Locale—The ESET MDR report language

Creation Time—The date when the ESET MDR report was generated

Period From—The start date of data recorded in the ESET MDR report

Period To—The closing date of data recorded in the ESET MDR report

Time Zone—The time zone of the ESET MDR report

Report archive actions

Click the report to select one of the actions:

icon_show Preview—Preview the report in the new tab

download_default Download—Download the report as a .pdf file

icon_send_file Send via email—Send the report as an attachment with an email. You can select Email language from the drop-down menu and click the Add button to add the Email addresses to choose recipients. Alternatively, click the More button to Add users (add the address of the user from the Computer users), Import CSV (import a custom list of addresses from a .csv file structured with delimiters) or Paste from Clipboard (import a custom list of addresses separated with custom delimiters; this feature works similarly to CSV import). After you click the Send button, the report will be sent as an attachment to the selected email address.
