Transfer a subscription to a new device

If you upgrade to a new device and want to keep your subscription active, moving it from the old device to a new one ensures you can continue accessing all the benefits. For the successful transfer, follow the steps below:

To enable subtitles in the language of your choice, follow the instructions below:

1.Click the Settings icon at the bottom of the video player.

2.Click Subtitles/CC, and choose your preferred language.

If subtitles are not displaying, try refreshing the page or switching to a different web browser.

1.Uninstall the ESET product from your old device.

2.Log in to your home.eset.com account and disconnect the old device via ESET HOME.

After uninstalling the ESET product from your old device or disconnecting it via ESET HOME portal or app, you can download and activate the ESET subscription on a new device.
