Transfer a subscription to a new device
If you upgrade to a new device and want to keep your subscription active, moving it from the old device to a new one ensures you can continue accessing all the benefits. For the successful transfer, follow the steps below:

1.Uninstall the ESET application from your old device.
The old device is not functioning or is not present If you cannot uninstall the ESET application from your old device, remove the device from your subscription in ESET HOME. This will deactivate the product, and you will be able to use your subscription on your new device. |
2.Log in to your home.eset.com account and disconnect the old device via ESET HOME.
After uninstalling the ESET application from your old device or disconnecting it via ESET HOME, you can download and activate the ESET subscription on a new device.
