Suspicious behavior reported
A user with an Android device (mobile or tablet) registered at ESET HOME will receive a "Suspicious behavior reported" email from ESET when one or more of the following activities is detected on the device:
•An incorrect lock-screen code was entered multiple times—You will receive this warning after the second incorrect lock-screen code attempt.
•The SIM card was replaced
•ESET Mobile Security was removed from the list of device administrators—ESET Mobile Security requires administrator privileges to monitor suspicious behavior and perform actions if a device becomes stolen. To add ESET Mobile Security to the list of device administrators, navigate to Android settings > Security > Device administrators > ESET Mobile Security and then Activate.
If you believe that your device has been lost or stolen, see the What to do in case of a robbery section for step-by-step instructions on how to begin recovering your device.
