Troubleshooting API

This topic describes common issues that can occur when interacting with the API (also via  Swagger UI)and possible causes and solutions.

Q: I am receiving Code 401, Error: Unauthorized response from the server.

A: This may be due to:

•Your access token is expired. Renew it or get a new one. Before any action, log out of your current session by clicking Authorize > Logout.

•You have used incorrect log in  credentials.
