Assign users to sites

You can assign users to sites and manage their access permissions based on their role:

1.Navigate to the Users section > the three dots Menu icon next to the username > select Edit.

2.Click the Permissions tab > click Select custom access to sites under the My company section.

3.Select the access permissions for the desired sites by selecting Read or Write.

4.To change access for multiple users, select the check box next to usernames and select the desired access type from the drop-down menu at the bottom.

5.Click the Save button.

Users with Read or Write permissions in the Permissions > My Company are automatically associated with all the created sites. Users with No access permissions can be associated with specific sites manually.


Note

To view user's permissions on a specific site, navigate to Sites > the three dots Menu icon next to the site name > Show user access rights.
