User Profile

To access the user profile section, click your name in the top bar of the portal.

The user profile menu displays information about the current user.

User and customer details

•User details—Displays the currently logged user's Username, E-mail, Role and Status

•Customer details—Displays information about the Customer account the user belongs to

•Settings—Enables the user to choose the Theme of the portal (Light/Dark)

•Displays all subscriptions available for the selected account

This section enables users to set up email notifications for all available reports.
