Dashboard

The Dashboard is the ESET Threat Intelligence landing page displaying the latest information for the user.

Dashboard manipulation

•Time period—Enables users to set the desired period of time for which the data is displayed. The time period change applies to all the charts but does not affect the Insights and WeLiveSecurity tiles. To change the time period, click the Time period selector and select the preferred option:

oLast 7 days—The default option

oLast 30 days

oLast 90 days

• Refresh dashboard—Enables users to refresh the data in the dashboard tiles and charts

•Insights tile—Displays the number of Advanced Persistent Threats reports and the number of Indicators of Compromise for the past 90 days, as well as the change in numbers in the last 30 days

•WeLiveSecurity tile—Displays RSS feed from WeLiveSecurity

•Targeted countries seen in ETI file based telemetry heatmap chart—Displays the targeted attack activity distribution across different countries; countries are color-coded using a gradient scale. Darker shades indicate the most targeted countries, and lighter shades indicate the least targeted countries based on the ESET Threat Intelligence telemetry for the selected Time period. You can use the color scale range filter to select the specific data ranges and see the countries that fall into the selected range.

•Adversary infrastructure % of C&C shared in ETI for top 20 botnet families pie chart—Displays the percentage of Command & Control servers for each of the top 20 botnet families shared in ESET Threat Intelligence for the selected Time period

•Adversary infrastructure nr. of botnet samples shared in ETI for top 10 botnet families line chart—Displays the number of distinct botnet malware samples for the top 10 botnet families shared in ESET Threat Intelligence for the selected Time period

•Adversary infrastructure % of botnet samples shared in ETI for top 20 botnet families pie chart—Displays the percentage of distinct botnet malware samples for the top 20 botnet families shared in ESET Threat Intelligence for the selected Time period

•Web and brute force attacks line chart—Displays the attack activity targeting the web services for the selected Time period

•Web and brute force attacks pie chart—Displays the attack activity targeting the web services for the selected Time period

•Top initial access TTPs of APT groups bar chart—Displays the top TTPs (Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures) APT groups commonly used to get initial access to a target system for the selected Time period

•Top 20 TTPs of APT groups bar chart—Displays the top 20 TTPs (Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures) APT groups used for the selected Time period
