Suspend a company with ESET Cloud Office Security

User cannot remove a company (customer) from the EMA 2, only suspend it. If the company you suspend is the last one with an active ESET Cloud Office Security (ECOS) instance, you can experience the following warning:

What is stored for 30 days

ESET Cloud Office Security stores data about protected users and settings customers' accounts. Those data are saved for 30 days after suspending.

When the account is added back, the customer needs to add the tenant again and also needs to protect customers. The only thing that is kept are ESET Cloud Office Security logs.
