User permissions for ESET Inspect Cloud

When using an ESET MSP Administrator 2 account with a cloud-eligible license to create or edit a user, you can set up ESET PROTECT Cloud and ESET Inspect Cloud access rights. The access rights for both consoles are set together, and a user can have one of the following permissions:

•Write—User has full access to the ESET PROTECT Cloud and ESET Inspect Cloud and can access all customers in your consoles.

•Read—User can view all collected data in the ESET PROTECT Cloud and ESET Inspect Cloud and can see all customers in your consoles.

•Custom—User with the a custom permission set need a defined permission set in the ESET PROTECT Cloud console. Otherwise, the user has no rights over any objects.

•No access—User cannot access the ESET PROTECT Cloud and ESET Inspect Cloud.

ESET MSP Administrator 2 users with Read/Write/Custom permissions can log in to the console using their ESET MSP Administrator 2 credentials.
