I have not received the account activation email. What can I do?

If you have not received a confirmation email about registering with ESET Business Account within 15 minutes, see the suggested actions to take below:

Check your spam and other secondary inbox folders. Mark noreply@eba.eset.com as a safe address in your email client (or server).

Gmail users: Look in the Promotions folder. To display the Promotions folder:

1.Open your web browser and log in to your Gmail account.

2.Click the + icon to the right of your tabs.

3.Select the check box next to Promotions and click Save.

Verify you do not have an existing ESET Business Account (EBA) portal account:

1.On the EBA portal login page, click Forgotten password.

2.Type the email address you used during your registration with EBA and click Submit.

3.If you receive an email with a link to reset your password, click the link, type in the new password and then click Continue.

If you do not receive an email, try to register with ESET Business Account again in one hour. More information

How do I change my ESET Business Account (EBA) password?

1.Log in to the EBA portal at eba.eset.com.

2.Click the profile icon eba_icon_profile in the top bar of the ESET Business Account portal.

3.Click Change password.

4.Type the current password in the Password confirmation field and your new password in both the New password and Confirm password fields.

5.Click Save.

I forgot my ESET Business Account (EBA) password. How do I renew it?

1.At the login page of EBA portal, click Forgotten password.

2.Type the email address you used during your registration with EBA and click Submit.

3.Click the link you receive in the password reset email, type in the new password and then click Continue.

I have lost/broken my device that generated OTP. How do I log in?

Use the backup codes you received via email when registering with ESET Business Account.

I have used all the backup codes. What should I do?

As soon as you use the last backup code, you will receive a new set of backup codes via email.

I have replaced my phone that generated OTP. How do I get the EBA token to my new phone?

1.Log in to the EBA portal at eba.eset.com using a backup code you received via email when registering with ESET Business Account.

2.Click your name to access your profile.

3.Disable two-factor authentication (2FA) by switching the slider bar next to Two-factor authentication.

4.Type your password and click Disable.

5.Click Use backup code, type a backup code and click Confirm.

6.To reenable 2FA, click the slider bar next to Two-factor authentication.

7.Type your password and click Enable.

8.Follow the instructions to set up 2FA.

I cannot create an offline license file.

1.In the ESET Business Account portal, click Settings.

2.Turn on Show offline license files download option.

3.Follow the instructions for downloading offline license files.

Why do I see "Multiple products" in the Activated Devices screen?

Suppose client computers of identical hardware configuration (hardware fingerprint) are activated with the same license. In that case, they display as "Multiple products" in the Activated Devices screen (Licenses > right-click a license, and select Show details). However, these multiple products will only use one seat from the license.
