Local deployment of Agent-only installer
The Agent-only installer (.exe for Windows or .sh for Linux) contains all necessary information for a client machine to download and install the ESET Management Agent. Ensure the Linux machine meets the prerequisites.
You can run the installer locally or from removable media (a USB flash drive, for example).

The client machine needs to have an internet connection to download the Agent installation package and to connect to ESET PROTECT. |
You can manually edit the script to adjust certain settings if necessary. We recommend it only to advanced users.
Local deployment of All-in-one installer
The All-in-one installer contains an ESET security product of your choice and a pre-configured ESET Management Agent installer.
