VPN
The VPN page displays all VPN units assigned to the selected household member. As a household owner, you can see how household members use the VPN feature. VPN units are arranged chronologically by their creation time, with the oldest appearing first.

For every VPN unit, ESET HOME will display the information according to the VPN unit's state:
•Activated—VPN feature was successfully activated for the given member.
•Activation pending—An activation code has been sent to the member's registered email address, and VPN must be activated by the specified date. Otherwise, the protection setup will need to be repeated.
•Subscription issue—Subscription expiring/expired. To resolve the issue, click View subscription in the VPN unit details.
VPN unit details
To view detailed information about the VPN units, follow the steps below:
1.Log in to your ESET HOME account.
2.Click Members.
3.Choose the member whose VPN units you want to display.
4.From the side menu, choose VPN. Every VPN unit is represented by its activation code and the state of the VPN unit.
5.Click the specific VPN unit to display details.
Remove VPN protection
Unprotect the given device to free up the activation for a different one by following the instructions below:
1.Log in to your ESET HOME account.
2.Click Members.
3.Choose the member whose VPN unit you want to remove.
4.From the side menu, choose VPN.
5.Click the specific VPN unit to display details.
6.In the Protection options, click Remove protection.
7.Click Remove protection to confirm deactivation of the VPN app on the device that uses the displayed activation code.
