Members

Add members of your household or small business to manage their protection and keep them secure. For every member, the following information are displayed:

•Member name

•Member icon

•Email address

After choosing the specific household member, ESET HOME displays also the features.

Create account owner

As an ESET HOME account owner, create a household member of yourself so that you can assign security features to you and store, what security features you are using in your household.

1.Log in to your ESET HOME account.

2.Click Members > +Add member.

3.Start by creating the profile for yourself.

4.Type your name, and click Create member.

5.Click +Add protection if you want to start protecting your devices, or Finish for now to protect your devices later.

Create household member

To create a new household member in your ESET HOME account so you can assign used units of security features to members and store, who is using them in your household.

1.Log in to your ESET HOME account.

2.Click Members > +Add member.

3.Type the name and the email address of the member.

4.Click +Add protection to protect the member's devices.

Delete household member

When some of your household members no longer uses any security feature or you want to remove all the protection for the member, follow the instructions below:

1.Log in to your ESET HOME account.

2.Click Members.

3.Choose the member you want to delete.

4.Click the gear wheel icon > Delete member.

5.Click Delete member to confirm.

Edit household member

To ensure that each member receives protection through their correct email address, follow the steps below to edit a member’s name or email address:

1.Log in to your ESET HOME account.

2.Click Members.

3.Choose the member you want to rename.

4.Click the gear wheel icon > Edit member.

5.Type new member name, and click Save to confirm.
