Delete your ESET HOME account
After deleting your account, you can create a new ESET HOME account using the same email address associated with your previous account.
Deleting your ESET HOME account does not delete your ESET subscription credentials that you use with your ESET product (such as ESET Smart Security Premium) to activate your product and obtain product module updates.
After deleting your ESET HOME account, your ESET applications will remain installed on your devices and will still be protected. |
Use ESET HOME to delete your account (I have an ESET HOME password)
1.Open https://home.eset.com/account.
2.Click Delete account.
3.Click Verify my identity.
4.Type your current ESET HOME account password into the Password field.
If you have set up the 2FA, type the 6-digit code from your authentication app and click Continue. |
5.Click Delete account.
Your account is now deleted.
Use ESET HOME to delete your account (I do not have an ESET HOME password)
1.Open https://home.eset.com/account.
2.Click Delete account.
3.Click Send email.
4.The email will be sent to your email address. Click the link in the email to verify your identity and you will be redirected to ESET HOME.
If you have set up the 2FA, type the 6-digit code from your authentication app and click Continue. |
5.Click Delete account.
Your account is now deleted.
Use ESET HOME on your mobile device to delete your account
1.Tap the main menu icon, and select My account at the bottom of the main menu.
2.Scroll down and tap Delete account.
3.Tap Verify my identity.
4.Type your current ESET HOME account password into the Password field.
If you have set up the 2FA, type the 6-digit code from your authentication app and click Continue. |
5.Tap Delete account.
Your account is now deleted.
