License expiration

If you have arrived here by clicking the orange bubble within your product, your license has expired. We recommend renewing your license and contacting your sales representative, who will assist you with this matter.

It is important to know that if you do not have any active license, your account will expire 90 days after the expiration of the last license. Therefore, we recommend handling the license renewal as soon as possible to retain access to your account. In the meantime, you will continue to have access to all the reports available to you before the expiration of your license.
