Reset forgotten password

To reset your current ESET Services HUB user password:

1.Click the Forgotten password link on the Log in screen.

2.Type your email address and click Submit.

3.You will receive an email with instructions to create a new password. Click Back to login to return to the Log in screen and check your email.

4.Open the email and click Reset Password. You will be redirected to the ESET Services HUB portal to complete the password change.

5.Type your new password into the Password and Confirm password fields.

Password complexity requirements:

•Minimum character number: 12

•One lowercase character

•One uppercase character

•One number

•One special character

6.Use the authenticator app on your mobile device to generate a verification code. Type the Verification Code (6 digits) and click Verify.

Your password is reset, and you will be automatically logged in to ESET Services HUB Dashboard view.
