Suspend single license

1.Log into the EMA 2 portal at http://msp.eset.com.
 

2.Click Companies and click the name of the applicable MSP Customer.
 

3.Click Licenses.
 

4.Click the three dots next to the applicable single product license and select Suspend license.
 

5.To confirm, click Suspend.
 

6.Refresh the page to see the Status update.
 

7.Click Back and perform these steps for the next company, if needed.

The license quantities will be reflected in the next day's license count.
