Audit logs
Every action taken in the ESET Business Account portal is recorded in the Audit log screen. Filter the logs by Action (User management, License management, and so on) or Severity.

— Information about accomplished actions.

— This alert requires your attention and should not be skipped. Usually, it provides non-critical but essential information.

— Critical information you should treat with increased caution.
The superuser sees all logs. Other users see only logs related to their account and field of competence.
