The following steps describe how to change to a subscription tier in ESET DEM plugin for ConnectWise Automate.

1.Create a subscription tier in EMA2 or migrate to a subscription tier in EMA2. If you do not have access to generate subscription in EMA2, contact your reseller for assistance.

2.Add the subscription tier to the ESET DEM plugin for ConnectWise Automate.

3.Click the header for the subscription column to sort the subscriptions and activate any computers that are not using the subscription tier.
