Upgrading the plugin

The ESET PROTECT plugin for ConnectWise Asio upgrades automatically. If a new version introduces new features or configuration fields, use the configuration wizard during the upgrade to configure them. Follow these steps:

1.Log in to https://home.connectwise.com/ and start the Asio Platform.

2.In the main menu, navigate to Integrations > My Integrations.

3.Find and select the ESET PROTECT plugin for ConnectWise Asio tile.

4.Click Update.

5.In the configuration wizard, type the Username and Password of the service account user. From the Region drop-down menu, select the region of the service account user.

6.Click Test Connection.

7.Click Save and Proceed.

8.Complete the configuration wizard steps. All previously configured values are prefilled for your convenience; configure new features and fields as needed.

9.Click Complete Setup to close the configuration wizard.
