ESET AI Advisor is available only for customers with:

•ESET PROTECT MDR Ultimate

•ESET PROTECT Enterprise (AI Advisor as add-on)

•ESET PROTECT Elite (AI Advisor as add-on)

ESET AI Advisor is an LLM tool that assists with incidents created by Incident Creator or provides detection details. It references the selected incident and its elements.

Note

ESET AI Advisor is primarily designed to assist with incidents within ESET PROTECT.

While it supports your ESET PROTECT Web Console language, we recommend using English for the best results.

ESET AI Advisor in Incidents

1.Go to the Incidents page and select any incident or click the row > View Details.

2.Click the ESET AI Advisor icon.

3.You can ask ESET AI Advisor for help with the selected incident. Here are some example questions:

•Which users and devices are affected by this suspicious activity?

•Which entities were modified, and how can I fix them?

•What is the cause and attacker objective behind this incident?

•What is the role of (specific process) in this incident?

•How many times was (specific process) executed?

•Which computers were involved in this incident?

4.You can click any specific process or device in the provided answer and get detailed information about it.

Important

Conversation with the ESET AI Advisor is currently limited by the number of questions per day for all user accounts of one ESET PROTECT Web Console. A progress bar indicating chat limit usage appears when the limit is reaching. The limit resets daily at midnight UTC.
