Safetica is a third-party software company that provides an IT security solution for Data Loss Prevention.

Safetica is no longer a member of the ESET Technology Alliance. As a result, the following changes apply starting February 2025:

•Safetica products are no longer available for download from the ESET download pages.

•Safetica products are no longer available for download (installation/upgrade) from the ESET software repository using the Software Install task. Alternatively, you can install Safetica Agent with Client Task—Run Command.

Use the Run Command task

•The ESET Management Agent no longer reports the installed Safetica products as ESET applications. Enable the Report non-ESET-installed applications toggle in the ESET Management Agent policy to see the installed Safetica software in Computer Details > Installed Applications. To uninstall Safetica Agent from a managed computer, go to Computer Details > Installed Applications > select Safetica Agent and click Uninstall.
