Product deactivation

To deactivate the Password Manager feature for a specific user, follow the instructions below:

1.Log in to your ESET HOME account.

2.In the side menu, click Password Manager.

3.Click Open for the user whom you want to deactivate Password Manager.

4.Click Deactivate.

5.Click Deactivate Password Manager to confirm.

Important

Back up your passwords and data for future use to prevent losing your data. After logging in to Password Manager, click Menu > Settings > Data > Export data.

If you manage the Password Manager feature for somebody else, let them know to back up their data before you deactivate their account.

6.Password Manager is deactivated for the user. Click Got it.

You can use the freed-up Password Manager activation for someone else.
