Trusted devices

There is a list of previously added devices that have access to your password store. You can enter the list of your trusted devices by clicking on Menu > Trusted devices in the top left corner of ESET Password Manager window.

To disable access to your password store on any device, click Remove. Note that all ESET Password Manager data including local backup created on the device will be deleted. You will need to add this device as new to access your password store again.

Adding a new device into your account

When adding a new device under the existing account, you must enter the PIN code along with your e-mail address and Master Password. This PIN code will be delivered to the e-mail address used in ESET Password Manager. Each PIN code can be used only once.

I am not able to receive the PIN code

You will not be able to receive your PIN code if your e-mail address is invalid or non-existing. In this case, please contact Technical support to reset or delete your account. Please note that you must export your passwords before setting up a new account (and import them afterward).
