I forgot my ESET HOME password

I cannot find my ESET HOME account credentials
1.Visit ESET HOME.
2.Click I forgot my password.
3.Type the email address you used during the ESET HOME registration process in the Email address field.
4.Click Send.
5.After you click Send, an email containing a link to your account and instructions on resetting your ESET HOME account password is sent to the email address you supplied.
6.Log in to your email account and open the Password change - ESET HOME email.
7.Follow the instructions in the email. You are redirected back to ESET HOME.
8.To set up a new password, type your desired password into the Enter new password and click Confirm.
9.Your password has been changed, and you can Log in.
I need to retrieve my password from the application
1.Open the ESET HOME application.
2.Tap Log in.
3.Tap I forgot my password.
4.Type the email address you used during the ESET HOME registration process in the Email field.
5.Log in to your email account and open the Password change - ESET HOME email.
6.Follow the instructions in the email. You are redirected back to ESET HOME.
7.To set up a new password, type your desired password into Enter new password, and click Confirm.
8.Your password has been changed, and you can Log in.

I have not received an email with instructions for resetting my password
In this case, try one of the following until you receive the instructions:
1.Ensure that you typed the corresponding email address you typed during the ESET HOME registration process or the activation of the ESET Anti-Theft feature. The ESET HOME web interface does not tell you whether the email address you typed into the system is the correct one for security reasons. Check your mailbox for any communication from ESET HOME. Type "ESET HOME" into your mailbox search bar to verify if you got an email from ESET.
2.Look for:
•Spam or Junk folder in your email account.
•Any other secondary inbox folders. Mark info@product.eset.com as a safe address in your email client.
•Gmail users: Check your Promotions folder. See How do I access the Promotions folder?
3.Re-type the email address and click Send. Ensure you are typing the email address you typed during the ESET HOME registration process (as mentioned in step 1).
4.If you still cannot resolve your issue, contact ESET Technical Support.
