Identity Protection deactivation

Deactivating Identity Protection will erase all the data in Monitored information, disable email notification and stop scanning the Dark Web for your data. You can reactivate it if you have an eligible subscription with an available Identity Protection unit.

To deactivate Identity Protection, follow the steps below:

1.Log in to your ESET HOME account.

2.In the navigation, click Identity Protection.

3.Click the Identity Protection tile.

4.Choose a subscription, which activates your Identity Protection, and click Continue.

5.Click Continue.

6.Enter your ESET HOME password, and click Continue.

7.Type the 6-digit code from your authentication app, and click Continue. Use a recovery code to log in to Identity Protection when you cannot access your authentication app.

8.On the Dashboard, click Deactivate Identity Protection button in the Identity Protection deactivation section.

9.Confirm by clicking Deactivate Identity Protection.

10.Click Got it.
