ESET APIs
APIs (Application Programming Interfaces) make communication between software systems easy and seamless. ESET offers a range of APIs designed to help users work with ESET products:
•ESET Connect—REST API service that serves as a gateway between a client and a collection of ESET PROTECT, ESET Inspect and ESET Cloud Office Security backend services.
•ESET PROTECT On-Prem API—The ESET PROTECT ServerApi is an application programming interface, a set of functions and tools for building custom software applications to meet user's needs and specifics.
The ESET PROTECT ServerApi is not an official document intended for general use. The declared set of API functions only covers part of the functionality. ESET does not provide support or guarantee backward compatibility for the ESET PROTECT On-Prem API. |
•ESET Inspect On-Prem API—REST API service that enables users to manage detections and responses, as well as create and manage rules and their corresponding exclusions.
•ESET MSP Administrator 2 API—REST API service that provides an interface for Managed Service Providers who want to integrate ESET MSP Administrator 2 into their existing monitoring and management tools without using the web interface.
ESET MSP Administrator 2 will be replaced by ESET PROTECT Hub. Users with ESET MSP Administrator 2 API access will be transitioned to ESET PROTECT Hub that will keep the full scope of API functionality. You can find out more about the transition on the End of Life support page for the ESET MSP Administrator 2. |
•ESET Secure Authentication On-Prem API and ESET Secure Authentication API—REST API services that enable users to easily add Two-Factor Authentication to existing applications.
•ESET Threat Intelligence API—REST API service that enables users to access the ESET Threat Intelligence portal and its features without using the web interface.
